They were so heavy I couldn't wear them, so I asked for a return and refund. Amy agreed but never gave me the instructions or address for the return. After a week I contacted her again, and she said she'd send them "tomorrow". I waited a couple more days, then I opened a case with Etsy, and Etsy gave me a refund.
